Travel Inquiry Form
After selecting the package that best suits your needs, complete the inquiry form with as much detail as possible. This will help us understand your preferences and travel requirements. We'll then email you an invoice reflecting the fee for the selected package. Be sure to check your inbox for an invoice from thetripdesigner9@gmail.com, and add this email to your contacts to ensure our communications don’t end up in your spam folder.

Custom Planning
Once the invoice is paid, we’ll begin crafting your personalized itinerary based on the details provided. You'll receive a draft quote via email—typically within 5–10 business days (10–12 business days for multi-destination trips).

Pre-Booking Consultation
After receiving your quote, we can schedule a call to discuss the details, make any necessary adjustments, and finalize your itinerary.

Review & Finalize
Once you’re satisfied with the plan, the next step is to submit the agreed-upon deposit to lock in your accommodations and secure your trip at the quoted rate.

Travel Support
From booking to departure, we’ll support you every step of the way. we’ll send payment reminders, assist with reservation changes, provide a pre-trip checklist, and ensure you have all the necessary travel documents. While you’re traveling, We'll always be available to help with any questions or last-minute adjustments.

How to Choose the Right Package
- Solo or Small Groups (1-4 travelers): Choose one of the smaller group packages.
- Larger Groups (5+ travelers): Opt for one of the group packages for more flexibility and better coordination.
By offering multiple destinations, accommodations, and flight options, these packages are designed to make planning seamless for you and your group. Feel free to reach out if you need further guidance on selecting the right package for your trip!
Cancellation & Fee Policy
All package sales are final. If you decide to cancel your booking, choose to book elsewhere.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. It will not be applied toward the cost of your booking.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and aim to resolve any issues you may encounter during the planning process. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, I will work diligently to address your concerns and find a solution.
Quote Expiration & Reinstatement Fee
Upon receiving your initial travel quote, you will have 14 days to make any changes or adjustments to your options. After 14 days, your quote will expire, and a reinstatement fee of $15.00 will be required to reactivate the planning process. This fee will extend the planning phase for an additional 14 days, allowing you to finalize your decisions. Thank you for understanding and for choosing to work with us!
